I took the theme of finding solace in nature and the use of simple, earthy words from Hans Christian Andersen's style, and applied it to a scene of a fisherman at sea. The idea of infusing the mundane with a sense of wonder and magic is also present in the poem, as the fisherman finds peace in the quiet hour on the water.
